Mission, Vision, Values

Our vision

To provide the fastest internet speeds at the most affordable prices.

Our mission

We exist to treat others the way we would want to be treated. If we excel at placing the needs of others above our own, we will experience market dominance, competitive superiority, and long term profitability.

Our values

At our core, our internal strength is derived from the following:(1) We make decisions based upon information. (2) Opportunities are determined by merit, or by how one performs on the field in relation to others (the "go-to-guy" is determined through experience ... it is not a position that can be given).
(3) We all make mistakes. Mistakes and dropped balls are forgiven and forgotten when - a - ownership is taken and causes are identified and addressed, and when - b - mistakes and dropped balls are not needlessly repeated.
(4) We all have a "boss." For all of us, our primary boss is our customers. We serve them and their needs. Our secondary boss is all other employees. Our actions determine whether other employees have job stability and ultimately determine what other employees get paid (productivey and profits leads to more generous employee benefits). And finally, our tertiary boss is our immediate supervisor. It is our responsibility to carry out their wishes as quickly and prudently as possible.
(5) Safety. We prioritize safety is all our actions. Nobody will ever be disciplined or questioned when excercising judgement in order to ensure a safe workplace.

Day To Day

The following day to day characteristics will lead to opportunities within the AirBridge organization:(1) Always be busy. Don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. (2) Tackle your daily tasks the moment you walk in the door. (3) Figure out ways to get something done today that could have been put off until tomorrow.(4) We are not above doing any task. Just becuase something is not in one's job description does not meant you might not need to do it.(5) Your mom does not work here. Clean up after yourself. Leaving stuff for others to clean up demonstrates laziness ... and will be kryptonite to future opportunities.
