Time Clock Agreement



Expectations & Understandings

All AirBridge Broadband hourly and non-exempt salaried employees are required to use the time clock app provided by AirBridge to (1) ensure proper accounting of hours worked and proper reporting of these hours to HelpSide so that payroll will be accurate, and to (2) ensure that all overtime hours worked are appropriately paid for.  
Non-exempt Salaried Employees have the option - with the approval of the operations manager - to NOT utilize the time clock app due to the fact that they are NOT working in excess of 40 hours a week.  
By signing below, I am certifying and agreeing to the following:
    I am NOT working more than 40 hours per week, and it is to my advantage to NOT have to track my hours with a time clock app.
    I retain the right to immediately begin tracking my hours with a time clock app at any time I feel that my hours are in excess of 40 hours per week so that I can be appropriately compensated for all overtime hours worked.
    I understand it is my responsibility to accurately track all hours worked in real time with the employer provided time clock app in order to be compensated for any overtime hours worked.  
    I understand that the operations manager may require me to start utilizing the time clock app at any time in the future for any reason, or no reason at all.
