Dress Code

Expectations & Understandings

Examples of acceptable attire include, but are not limited to:

  • Pants consisting of slacks, or jeans;
  • Shirts/tops consisting of t-shirts, casual shirts, polo shirts, blouses or sweaters;
  • Casual dresses or skirts with modest hemlines at the knee or below while sitting; (Not allowed on service calls, installs, infrastructure or other field work)
  • Footwear consisting of loafers, boots, flats, heels, tennis shoes or sandals. (Boots for all field work);

Examples of unacceptable attire include, but are not limited to:

  • Jeans that are excessively worn, or excessive holes;
  • Sweat pants, shorts, spandex or other form-fitting pants 
  • Shirts/tops consisting of tank tops, halter tops, tops with bare shoulders (unless worn under a sweater, blouse or jacket) or tops that are distracting or revealing, or inappropriate phrases/images;
  • Dresses or skirts that are too short or have spaghetti straps (unless worn under a sweater, blouse or jacket); and
  • Footwear consisting of flip-flops, added flash (spurs, spikes ect.).

Clothing and personal hygiene should be regularly maintained to avoid causing discomfort to others.
Hair, jewelry, and other items of clothing should be worn in such ways as not to attract inordinate attention, hamper work performance, or create safety hazards.
